Recently OnePlus upgraded their OnePlus 7 to OnePlus 7T which bought a lot of changes to that new successor but OnePlus 7 Pro left behind and the company fix that with the introduction of OnePlus 7T Pro. Although in terms of specs we don’t get a lot of upgrades with this device other than processor and charging. OnePlus also introduced a special edition to this series called OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition, before we dig further let see what it gets under the hood.

OnePlus 7T Pro comes with Snapdragon 855 Plus which company claims to provide 15% higher graphics performance compared to the predecessor. thanks to higher clock speed this processor will accompany 90Hz display making the gameplay smoother than ever, although I am sure it will fall behind when it will be put against newly launched Asus ROG Phone 2 which feature 120Hz display.
The other big change is that the device now supports Warp Charge 30T which is 23% faster than the 30W charger . While the peak power is not higher, the new charger keeps its foot on the throttle longer.
Every other thing remains unchanged as the predecessor including triple camera setup featuring a primary 48 megapixel of f/1.6 Sony IMX586 sensor, the second one is 16 megapixels f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens, and finally, a 12-megapixel f/2.2 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, 16MP pop-up selfie camera, and curved AMOLED display also remain the same.
The Special McLaren Edition
The OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. The McLaren Edition was first introduced with OnePlus 6T and Its back with symmetrical wood grain appearance and signature color McLaren papaya yellow around the sides on OnePlus 7T Pro. You also get a soft Alcantara case, a material popular in the automotive world
Both Regular and the McLaren Edition of the phone will launch with OxygenOS 10, which is based on Android 10.
The McLaren Edition features some exclusive features, like McLaren-themed wallpapers and icons, also notifications illuminate the curved sides of the display in the trademark papaya orange color.
Price and Availability
The OnePlus 7T Pro will go on sale in Europe starting from Thursday at €760. The McLaren Edition is coming up on November 5 with a price tag of €860.
Prices for India are set at INR 53,999 for the regular 7T Pro and INR 58,999 for the McLaren Edition . Notably, the phone will not be available in the US.
