Redmi is getting tough competition in India from Oppo’s Spin-off Realme. Redmi first announced the 64MP camera phone but Realme brings it first to the Indian market with the launch of Realme XT earlier today, not only the camera but the other specs of this device is decent enough to make a mark on Indian Mid-range smartphone market. Realme didn’t skipped any essential specs such as 3.5mm Headphone jack, dedicated sim slot that supports 2 Sim and 1 Memory Card Slot and a premium features like Full HD+ Amoled screen with massive 4000mAh battery that supports type C, 20 Watt VOOC charge and for the first time Realme goes a premium Glass Build.. The quad camera supports 64MP Samsung Isocell GW1 sensor, 8MP Wide-Angle, 2MP Macro and 2MP depth sensor. Now let’s see the price and availability.
Price and Availability
Realme XT 4GB+64Gb, which is a base goes for sale at a price of Rs.15,999 and other two variant 6GB+64GB and 8GB+128GB will retail at Rs.16,999 and Rs.18,999 respectively. Realme offer two vibrant colors for XT, namely Pearl White and Pearl Blue that goes on sale from September 16, 2019 on flipkart.
I think this will be a perfect device considering the price, we can’t expect more as of now but Realme has no plan to stop there. In Relame XT launch event Realme also teased a Reame XT 730G variant which will come later this year so if you are not in a hurry you can wait. But Realme XT is better deal for now.
